Luoyang Copper One Metal Material Develops Co., Ltd., located in Luoyang City known as ancient capital of 9 dynasties, integrates R&D, production, sale and service of new metal materials.

Led by famous metal material specialists from Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research, Luoyang Nonferrous Metal Processing, Design and Research Institute, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Zhengzhou University and Henan University of Science and Technology, the company has integrated R&D strength and equipment of Luoyang Lianda Mechanical and Electrical Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Luoyang Zhongse Fuxing Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. and has accumulated more-than-50-year’s copper and aluminum R&D and production experience in Luoyang; therefore, the company takes the lead in new nonferrous material field and is a outstanding high-tech enterprise. The company has over 50 sets of professional equipment and 28 engineering and technical staff; meanwhile, the company has established long-term strategic cooperation relationship with Henan University of Science and Technology. So far, the company has obtained 7 technological patents and 1 provincial- and ministry-level technological achievement, as well as qualifications of ISO9000 Quality Management System and high-tech enterprise; and has constructed 20,000t/a test base. The company mainly products 4 series of products, namely, copper-aluminum, steel-aluminum, titanium-aluminum and aluminum- aluminum products, in forms of plates, strips, foils and bus bars, with width of 1,000mm and thickness of 0.05-15mm.

The company has invested RMB 2.25 billion to build an industrialization project in Luoyang Daxin District, with a floor area of 600 mu; the project has been started in 2011 and will be put into production at the end of 2010; thus, the company will annually produce 150,000 tons of cladding plates, with output value of RMB 12 billion. This project, as one of Henan Key Projects in 2011, is listed as “Five New Material Strategic Projects of Henan Province” and “Top 10 Key Demonstration Projects during ‘12th FYP’ of Luoyang City”.
