Rewards and punishments are visible
In June, Huayang Finishing Workshop scored 95 points and ranked first in the 6S evaluation. Each person (excluding workshop directors, 6S staff and probationary employees) was rewarded 50 yuan, and the workshop director and 6S inspector were each rewarded 100 yuan.
Hazard investigation
On July 2, the Safety Lean Management Department found in routine inspections that the No. 1 rewinder in the carrier copper foil workshop did not clean up the surrounding combustibles during the hot work. The hot work point violated regulations, but the leaders on site did not stop and correct it, turning a blind eye, reflecting that all departments did not pay enough attention to dangerous operations. Since the operation is highly dangerous, it is necessary to operate according to the regulations to ensure the safety of the operators.
Four preventions in summer
We have entered the hot rainy season, and heads of departments, especially those in production and maintenance workshops, need to pay attention to the following:
1. The reservoir has been released recently, so employees should be reminded to avoid playing in the Yellow River during off-work and rest time to prevent drowning accidents;
2. Check all kinds of flood control materials to ensure that they are available and usable in the face of emergencies;
3. Check whether labor protection supplies are worn in a standardized manner to avoid neglecting the use of various labor protection supplies due to hot weather;
4. Check the working status of employees to avoid sudden illnesses during work.
Seeing the big picture from the small
Accidents always happen suddenly and are difficult to predict, so it is very important to strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations.
