Process research and development

Equipped with advanced machinery, comprehensive testing methods, formidable technical prowess, and superior production processes, the Company owns over 50 sets of specialized composite equipment, employs 35 engineering technicians, and has established long-term strategic partnerships with the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Henan University of Science and Technology. It houses the Academician Workstation for Metal Composite Material Technology Research in Henan Province, the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Metal Composite Materials, holds ISO9001 quality management system certification, has secured National Torch Program project approval, and possesses technical enterprise credentials.

Comprehensive testing

Full-coverage material inspection: The number of electromagnetic transducers is determined based on the width of the copper plate. The transducers utilize high-frequency induction coils arranged in a staggered pattern. To ensure a 115% repeat coverage rate, multi-channel probes are overlapped for detection (with a 15% repeat coverage).When changing the specifications of the inspected copper-aluminum composite strip, fine-tuning the spacing of the sensors ensures effective electromagnetic field coverage. 

Environment

Effective separation of production lines and spaces, transforming an inherently uncontrolled production environment into one with meticulously controlled dust, pollution, and particulate matter (PM) levels reduced to minimal values. We have developed and implemented a complete set of dust-proof measures, including vacuum evacuation equipment.
